Stable Block with Extended Overhang

A bespoke apex roof stable block consisting of 2 x 3.6m x 3.6m stables and a 3.6m x 5.4m tack room.  This has been designed to provide a third stable for our customer if needed in the future by installing an internal wall to separate the third stable from the tack room.

The timber used for these stables were pressure treated loglap cladding but we can also provide pressure treated Shiplap if preferred

Specification:

3 Stable windows including perspex and window grills

1.2m high 11mm OSB kickboards

Full 11mm OSB dividing wall including 1 x internal stable grill

Full wall 11mm OSB in the tack room

1.2m high stable door with metal chew strip, galvanised hinges, kick over bolt and autolock stable bolt

Top & bottom stable doors for the tack room including the above spec with padlock bolts

Haynet tie rings

Black onduline roof sheets and 11mm OSB roof lining

1.79m Extended Overhang with underside cladding, 3 x Supporting posts

Front & back guttering with downpipe

We offer a 12 month faulty workmanship guarantee.  We cannot guarantee against the natural movement of timber and some shrinkage may occur.  For protection against water damage, regular application of a brush-on water repellent sealant is recommended, particularly for outdoor wood structures.  Always follow the coating manufacturer's instructions.
